I had a problem with paying my phone bill this month. They took away my phone service until i pay the bill. I have the money to pay it but since they removed my service i cant access my account. I had to change my password for O2 and its asking me to send a code they are sending me by text. Since i have no service i cant receive the message. What do i do?
