Hi I wonder if you can help, I’m in Rhodes at the moment and have paid my bill this morning but I’ve still got an outstanding bill notice on myo2 billing page .

When you paid your bill, you will have got an e-mail confirming receipt.

You can always go into the MyO2 APP or online and check previous payments to confirm what exactly is outstanding: Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?
