I recently upgraded my phone but wasn’t happy with the handset so completed a return. As I opted for an esim this time around and can’t activate it until my return has been processed. As I currently don’t have service I can’t sign in as I’m unable to receive the one time code sent via text to verify it’s my account…any ideas on a work

around so I can sign in to my account??

@Justme2024

Go in store with photo ID and they should be able to help you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
