No help from o2 or DPD.

Upgraded my phone on the 21st December for next day delivery on the 22nd for the iPhone 13 Black.

Everyday since i have recieved the same message from DPD about a delay in the delivery and now haven't heard a word since the 30th December. It is now the 8th January and nothing from o2 or DPD. It has now been 18 days soon to be 19 and o2 marked it as delivered an complete around 2 weeks ago and are charging me the new contract (without the phone). What can I do?

@MattWilko The only way to describe this is sheer incompetence on the part of O2 customer service. Allow the advisor that I tagged in my previous post to investigate and hopefully resolve the issue for you. They should send you a private message through this thread. If they do not sort this for you, you'll have to lodge a formal complaint. We've found over the years that the Resolver link within the link below has been effective
