I ordered 2 Iphones for my teenagers for Christmas in mid-November. Because none of the stores are currently open for click and collect, I paid £3.99 for each phone to be delivered on a specific date,namely tomorrow afternoon, as I'm off work and knew I'd be in all day. However,after the initial order details,I've had nothing via email to say they have been dispatched. I'm concerned they won't come tomorrow,which is the only day between now and 19th December that I can guarantee I'll be home.

Hi @Zo

Until you get an email saying they have been dispatched, they won't be coming @Zo

Once you get the email you can track your order. There is still time as emails can arrive in your inbox up until tonight.

However, if you want to find out the status of the order

You'll need to call O2

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen if you have to.

@Zo

You don't get a dispatch email until the evening before delivery.

If you need to confirm it now, you need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or 202 from your O2 mobile.
