No data connection

I upgraded my phone yesterday to an Xperia T on a pay monthly contract which includes 250mb data, but I've not been able to get a data connection. Data is enabled and traffic switched on, and O2 mobile web is selected as the access point.

I've tried to download the internet settings in Xperia settings but it says 'could not download' (although could this be because I'm not connected to wifi at the moment?).

If it's at all relevant, I've had to switch to a new SIM as this phone uses a micro SIM.

So far I have only tried to connect in one place - at work - but I didn't have any problems getting data here with my last phone so I don't think it's just that there's no data signal.

Can anyone help?

Sounds like it's possible. You've tried everything on the phone itself. Best to give them a call on 202.

Text the word "active" to 2020. Save the settings that get sent back then reboot the phone.

Hi Mi%, thanks for the suggestion. I've done this and it's set up a new APN called O2 Postpay GPRS, but it still won't connect, even after rebooting.
