Hi,

For the 2nd holiday in a row I’m unable to receive any data & get no service.

Please can someone help me? I’m sure I need my international bars removed, I have a feel this is the reason

And/or can connect to a network?

@jonsie I am currently in Mexico, Cancun at the moment when I manually search it brings up a list of 5 networks Movistar, 334 040, TELCEL, AT&T & lucasell none which I select work.

@gmarkj yes I am in a location which provides an 02 service as my girlfriend who is next to me is on 02 & is connected to a local service.

I’m considered cancelling my 02 contract when I get home the service is shocking, spoke to live chat 3 people have said they removed my network bar. Which each & every time they say there was still one there. For one why has there been a network bar added when I haven’t even asked for it. I had this issue in Ireland Dublin also which is a joke

Try rebooting your phone now if the bars have been lifted.

Well the only options are that your account does not allow it or the settings are correct.
If you have checked the device settings and no joy then it is your account settings.
Borrow your girlfriends phone to call customer services. Or wait until you grt back to the UK and call them then.

Have you checked your apn settings compared to her phone (if she also has an iphone)?

Are you able to try your sim in her phone?
