Hi,

For the 2nd holiday in a row I’m unable to receive any data & get no service.

Please can someone help me? I’m sure I need my international bars removed, I have a feel this is the reason

You need to contact customer services to remove the bar https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

However try a manual search for another network and see if you get anywhere with that.

Edited to add....in future I would ring CS before you travel to make sure you are all set up correctly ..

Hi,

I’m unable to contact customer services as I can’t ring off my phone & I can’t speak to anyone on live chat as it says unavaible. What else can I do?

Change your data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk" and see if it connects then?

Then call customer services between 8-8.30am in the morning... @Stesmith92

Keep trying live chat if you are unable to call then.
Might be worth you downloading a different browser to try and connect to them.
