Hi,

For the 2nd holiday in a row I’m unable to receive any data & get no service.

Please can someone help me? I’m sure I need my international bars removed, I have a feel this is the reason

@jonsie got all the same settings as my girlfriends tried my sim on her phone & still unable to connect

I wouldn't be trusting what live chat say. If it's an account problem you can tell by swapping sim card with your other half if they are the same size

@jonsie I’ll have a go of putting my girlfriends SIM card in my phone, having to find a pin abroad is a problem to get the SIM card out haha. I’m sure I’ll find one again
