Unless it got thrown out by mistake, there is no sim for my Galaxy A10 which was bought as a Christmas gift. Is there an easy way to request a new sim online, or do I have to go through phoning customer service? Thanks in advance for any help. George.

@George_ORourkeIs this a new contract or just a new phone? If it's only the phone you can use the sim you already have if it's the right size. If it isn't you can call into an O2 store and they will give you a new sim and transfer your details onto it. Just make sure you have identification with you.

Hi @George_ORourke , how has your week started and how are you getting on with the new phone? Did you manage to get a hold of a new SIM in the end as adviced above?
