I've ordered an nintendo  switch  said I couldn't  get the order gone onto my online banking and the £30 upfront fee has been debited from my account but had no confirmation  email and can't see anything  on my 02 app can anyone help?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that, and confirm the order has gone through – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
