I've just upgraded my phone and when I was doing this I was told I would get Disney plus for 6 months and also free ear buds. I got the Disney plus ok but not the ear buds. I've been trying all day trying to contact o2 but no luck. I don't know what to do. Has anyone got an email address for them.  Thanks

Yes the offer for buds was open for purchases made up to 5th August @Mayc

Thank you so much for the reply. It appears I was given the wrong information by o2. My phone is a Samsung galaxy A71 and I purchased it on 6th August so I don't seem to qualify on both counts. How disappointing
