Since ordering the volt ultimate sim contract in conjunction with virginmedia contract our needs have changed. The family member who will be using this sim has a faulty phone. The sim remains in it delivered package untouched. Is there a possibility to change to a monthly phone deal before we set up the received sim.
Key points require it to be android, 5g, 128gb, smallest screen possible, samsung preferred, cost of present contract plus £5. I look forward to your response.
