Hello

I want to change my tariff but they are all so much more expensive than what I'm paying at the minute. Why is this?

Deals come and go all the time.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Whatever tariff you choose now will go up by around 14 /15% in April. You may be better holding off and getting a new deal through a comparison site on 1st April then migrating you present number across.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
