Hi I keep getting calls claiming to be from o2 saying they want to swap my sim and deactivate my old one so to expect a new sim in the post. It never comes and they keep ringing. They keep asking for info I’d have thought O2 would hold and the call shows up from either Manchester or Leeds. Is it really o2?

If you have given them any details, change your O2 password too and any others that use the same details.

Notify your bank if you haven't done so already and keep an eye on your MyO2 for any changes.
