Hi, wonder if anyone knew how I could resolve this problem. I have ordered a new sim from o2 and my email address was linked to my old address and it wouldn't let me change it so the order is now going to the wrong address. I need to change this urgently, what can I do? I can't find anyway to get in contact with anyone and need to sort this out before it's sent out so any advice would be fantastic? @O2Lisa I heard that you have helped out others with this same problem, any chance you could help me please?
