Hi everyone I am new to this forum. As an existing 02 customer I am on a sim only 12 month contract deal which has now run out. I have been looking at Uswitch and they are offering a better deal ie more data but with same unlimited minutes and texts for a lower monthly price than my current 02 sim. Firstly if I use Uswitch to get the new sim deal can I retain my current mobile number? Secondly if I am able to retain my number how do I do this?
Given the current Covid19 situation I am trying to avoid ringing 02 customer service as it is not an emergency.
