I ordered my upgrade but ordered the wrong colour by mistake. How do I change it before the next day delivery arrives?!

@Augell66 You can't. If it's meant to arrive today or tomorrow you can either refuse delivery and wait until O2 receives the phone back to order it again, or you can accept it and send it back under the change your mind policy and order it again.

Try calling customer service in the morning from 8.00am Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

If too late, you can return it under the change of mind policy.

Thanks for your help! I’ll give it a but think I’m going to have to return it though 😞
Stupid me! Thought I’d changed the colour then realised it hadn’t saved when I confirmed my order! 😞
