New phone not delivered

I ordered a phone online... tracking says sent back to o2... cannot contact o2 or DPD to sort out...apparently delivery driver cam at 6.21 am and couldn’t find a safe place to leave it.. I’m paying for it already.. I’m seething can’t contact anyone.. tried a re delivery just sends me round in circles

Don't chase up DPD. Until you receive the phone, it's O2's responsibility to do this.
