I spoke to someone on Thursday 7th December about a new phone contract, ref no. 1HJWTWN2T75. I had until midnight on 9th December to agree. I spoke to someone yesterday afternoon accepting the new contract of £6.99 per month. I had a message today saying my next payment would be £17.26. Why hasn't the new contract been honoured?

The first bill includes a pro rata payment for your old and new contracts.
The following months will be at the agreed price assuming you have no extra charges.
