If you run into any difficulties O2 Customer Services can link accounts too.

Re: New phone & Number

Have you had the log in details for your new account?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@MI5can I ask what you mean by this? I only ask as I wonder why (if they already have an account), they would need log in details for a new one? Smiley Embarassed

Re: New phone & Number

Each account is separate by default and has different log in details.
It's the customers choice if they want to merge them or not.
My 4 accounts all have different email address and/or password but I view them all through my "Master" account as they are merged in there.

Re: New phone & Number

I posted on the assumption that they already had a My O2 account and could simply link the new one.
