New o2 customer really poor service.

Hello. On the 23/03/16 I approached o2 to provide me with a new phone on contract, upon speaking to the sales adviser I was offered a closure deal of my 2nd 3rd and 4th airtime bill will be waived if I was to proceed with the order on that day which I did. I have just queried this offer with an online agent and he is telling me that their is nothing on my account about this closure deal.

What can I do as the offer was the only reason I proceeded with the ordered at the time.

No luck with CS, I have had to send an email over to complaints. I have also just managed to get my open discount applied does anyone know when this will show in my account, would it be on the next bill ?
I have only just noticed the 14 day cooling off period I shall keep my eye on the progress and if nothing is made I may have to use the right to withdraw.

Thank you for all the help

Ellis

It doesn't show on your account but will show as an adjustment on your bill.
It won't be on the first bill though - only from the second one onwards.

Normally it would show on your second bill.

It should also show a credit for the previous bill.

There are certain Outbound campaigns where we offer up to 6 months buyout (depending on the phone in question/phone campaign) to bring the customer up to date, however ask to recycle the old phone, or pay the device cost upfront.  This is not an unusual thing to occur.. as for why this wasn't done.. I'd speak with RETentions to see if the offer still exists or if they can call you back with it. (Which they can do).
