Hello. On the 23/03/16 I approached o2 to provide me with a new phone on contract, upon speaking to the sales adviser I was offered a closure deal of my 2nd 3rd and 4th airtime bill will be waived if I was to proceed with the order on that day which I did. I have just queried this offer with an online agent and he is telling me that their is nothing on my account about this closure deal.
What can I do as the offer was the only reason I proceeded with the ordered at the time.

I shall keep you informed as at the minute I feel like I was baited with an offer to close the deal and then it was never applied. thanks for the prompt and quick responses.

Also I doubt CS will find a record of any such chat @Anonymous Sadly and with hindsight, you should have saved the conversation... Ring CS as suggested and see what can be done...

I'd never heard of this before so that's why I thought the OP had maybe recycled his phone & had a credit applied to the account

Hopefully they have a copy of the transcript of the chat but I wouldn't be surprised if there was 'no record' of it....
