New o2 customer really poor service.

Hello. On the 23/03/16 I approached o2 to provide me with a new phone on contract, upon speaking to the sales adviser I was offered a closure deal of my 2nd 3rd and 4th airtime bill will be waived if I was to proceed with the order on that day which I did. I have just queried this offer with an online agent and he is telling me that their is nothing on my account about this closure deal.

What can I do as the offer was the only reason I proceeded with the ordered at the time.

@Anonymous Your post is a little confusing. Are you saying that the sales adviser told you that you wouldn't have to pay the air time for the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th month of your contract? Do you have anything in writing?

Sorry it's confusing I am a littled bit *bleep* off with o2. I cannot find the sales chat log with the offer I was offered, surley o2 should keep these trasnscripts. My offer was that if I proceed with the sale my 2nd 3rd and 4th airtime bill would be waived and I would just have to pay my device fee.

@Anonymous If this was a conversation with Live Chat, if you can remember the date and approximate time this offer was made, they should be able to look it up. I suggest you speak to customer service on 202 from your mobile (free call), rather than try to resolve this with Live Chat.

Many thanks for your responses. I have tried with live chat to no avail, I shall call 202 in the morning as I know the date and time the chat and sale was opened and completed would I be able to get a copy of this chat do you know?

@Anonymous it would be best to discuss billing issues with CS over the phone on 202 as livechat can be hit and miss for more complex issues. There should be a record of the inital chat stored and if you were indeed offerred several bills to be waived then CS should of course fulfill this
