I've just been issued with a new number due to being scammed.  I need to change the number on my account from my old one to my new.   Can someone tell me how to do it?   I have the new number ready to enter, but just can't find the correct place to do it slight_smile   Help!

I have often popped in to read the forum but never needed to ask a question before.   As you can imagine, this last week and a half since I was scammed has been an absolute nightmare - will just have to wait and see now if the new number gets rid of the problem.

Moving to a new number has shown to help when issues exists and to move away from issues such a premium texts etc.

Think I'll have to pop in more often cos you are a friendly bunch:)

Number still not ported across so keeping the phone off for now so the scum who have hacked my bank account can't get to me for now.

Just an update for you.   New number not yet received so a further call to CS made.   Guess what?  Though the info was all there it hadn't been actioned.   Been told it should be done in the next hour or so - we will see.
