This is the second time ive trid to finalize a contract and I was givin a code to type to waver upfront fees but when trying to do this it' not going through

What exactly happens when you use the code? What is the error message? As said it is notoriously error prone when trying to use the online system. Customer service will do the upgrade for you but I suggest you call rather than use live chat.
