How do I request a new SIM card so I can have a different number

Hi @Fooledagain you can request one free change of number from o2 or you can order a free sim online or pop into your local o2 shop & they will sort you out

Customer service can change your number without the need to change sim card. They can just change it on the system and you will be without service for up to an hour. Call them, don't use chat.
