So I took out a contract on Wednesdays, it’s now Friday evening, o2 were very quick to take my money but now haven’t heard a thing. Is this normal?
iv left my previous provider after 10 years after hearing great things but now I’m getting a bit concerned.
To shed some additional light, I don’t have access to my O2 and it asked me to contact them the virtual assistant asked me to start a chat with and expert using my O2 so I’m stuck in a loop, when I log In on the website I have nothing under my orders.
