Hi,

My contract is up and I want to move to one of the promotional ones on the web site. However, that specific contract is not available within my MyO2 options.

Previous experience has taught me that if I purchase on the website and add to my basket, I will get a new SIM and keeping my number will be complicated.

What should I do? I just want to take advantage of a public offer 😞

Thanks

You need to upgrade not change tariff.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
