I'm switching to a SIM only contract with another provider. I've requested a PAC code from O2 and given this to the new network. Is that all I need to do? It says not to call unless urgent due to Covid so feel a bit lost.

@cpurple2015 You've done all you need to do. Do not cancel your Direct Debit with O2 until you receive a final bill.
