So tonight I have aplied for a new contract an Iphone Xs Max , I completed everything but just on the end after the upfront payment has been taken I noticed the adress is the wrong flat number , I the pushed the back button and then some error come on the screen . I called O2 costumer service they my order does not show .
Your order won't have completed unless you went through to the end and confirmed everything, so you'll need to start again, but, you may fail or get deferred for the credit check as one will just have been done on you.
