I have added a second line but i got an email yesterday saying we have your order but it’s still got a black tick by the order processed.  I stated order under review but I’m confused due to the email

The only people who could answer would be sales

you can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

If the order is under review it means it has gone for further credit and affordability checks, so the order hasn't been confirmed, follow the advice above and speak to Sales and they may be able to advise, otherwise its an upto 5day wait.
