Hi, new contract agreed 15th April. Order says complete on my O2, phone should have arrived 16th. no phone delivery. DHL website Says
“We’re sorry but the delivery of your consignment has been delayed. Please contact your sender for further information”
Tried to call O2 but understandably they are busy. DHL are no help at all.
Has anyone had a similar problem and does this happen often (late / missing delivery)?
O2 website makes big promises and I’m a new customer to O2 after a decade with another provider.
If this is just a blip and far from usual then I’ll ride it out, howeve if it’s a regular thing I may take option to cancel.
