New contract details are not showing on my account yet

Hi  Firstly I cannot get through to the chat help line tonight - have I been barred!!!!!

 

2nd  On Friday a luvly lad sorted out a new contract for me at a reduced fee. She said it would be online on Sat (25th) so that it would coincide with the end of the month for previous contract.

 

Is it cos its a weekend that the details/price have nt changed yet.  I wanted to check the usage as this will be new from on.

I don't think you can get barred from live chat, so that's good news slight_smile
However, your online contract details would usually update at midnight on the day of change, so something not right if they haven't updated yet.
Keep trying live chat to confirm the changes.
