HI there

i recently changed to O2 and using the online form gave my PAC code so that i can retain my old number, i did this 24 hours ago but still nothing has happened. I also have not recieved an email or anything saying my request has been recieved or anything of the like.

Is this normal? any help will be greatly appreciated

If I'm understanding your post correctly you filled the form in yesterday (Sat) which means it won't be actioned until tomorrow.
It should then be 24 hours after that.

You should get an email to confirm but I believe ports only take place Mon-Fri.
I would give CS a call tomorrow to confirm all OK.

...as long as they have received it...personally I don't have a lot of confidence in online forms where o2 are concerned.
