Hi there
Has anyone else been sent a new SIM ahead of the O2 network upgrade, only to be left with no phone service after swapping over the SIM cards and the new card failing to work?
Apparently the switch to the new SIM has 'got stuck' according to O2 and they can't give me any indication of when I'll actually be able to use my phone! Appaling customer service and pretty woeful tech IMO.
Any suggestions gratefully received. TIA.

As far as I could tell, that customer was just waiting for a number port, not a sim swap.

@MI5I know the customer was waiting for a sim swap, however with 2 systems having issues, I simply wondered if this was another 'system error'.
