I have just recieved a new phone and the screen is damaged, I am trying to get a return or swap sorted out but can not find the right way to do this, I rang the number but couldn't get to speak to anyone just had the call dropped! Help!

Because you're not buying anything, O2 doesn't consider your call important, so you have to lie and say Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.
