Hi. Tried Cus Serv....too busy at these times.
So here goes. My 24 month contract ends early Jan 2021. Got a txt today from O2 saying that it is going to end. The txt also said what my monthly payment was going to be after the date. Interesting as its the same or thereabouts as my contract period was.
But my understanding is that the physical phone is now paid for so should it not drop to just the air plan/time terrifying?
I got an ipad from o2 3 years ago and once the thing was paid off it dropped to a very small amount automatically.
Any thoughts folks....Thanks.

@Twosides

If you bought from O2 you just pay the airtime as the device plan will be paid off.

The airtime won't change though unless you "upgrade" to a sim only tariff where you can probably get more for less than your contracted tariff.

Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

When you call 202, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
