New Month... 0 minutes?

so it's now reached my bill date and my data and text have been set back to what they are supposed to be but not been given minutes, why is this?

 

 

will it show up later or have i done something wrong?

All your allowances should be reset at the same time. Best option is to call customer service on 202 if your minutes aren't showing later in the morning.

You could also try texting BALANCE to 21202 to see if they show on there.

Hi,

If your at your Anniversary Date then of course all your sets of Allowances should have refreshed.

4445 if on Pay as you Go or speak to O2 via Online Live Chat.

ok so my minutes have now been refreshed but says i have 485:56 minutes left even though i haven't called anyone since yesterday and i still had some old minutes left 😕

 

worried i will be charged on my bill next month

This all seems fine to me @Anonymous I don't think unused minutes are carried over to the following month?

Go into my My O2 and view last months bill. Then in the left column click on 'recent charges' and then 'what I've used'. There should be a breakdown of what you have used since the last bill.
