Hi there
I would phone O2 back but as I was on hold for ages I can't bear to. I agreed to an upgrade which the woman said she had to put together for me. It was for 300 free minutes and other things. However, My Account is only showing 200 free minutes.
200 was the original standard offer but she arranged 300. I know sometimes the bills don't always show entirely accurate info because of different negotiations and it works out on the day. But this looks dodgy. Everything else looks exactly right. Any thoughts on this?

I phoned O2 back. Got someone who was way more helpful than the girl who organised everything.
He said that as the deal I have isn't a standard deal, it is worked out in a different way but confirmed that I definitely have the 300 minutes. I'm also getting free unlimited calls to landlines, which apparently means what I couldn't believe it did - that I will actually be getting free unlimited landline calls - not out of the 300 minutes!
They should get this guy on the upgrade line. He was excellent. Really calm and patient (!) and gave me lots of different advice too on things I didn't know.

have you looked under the bolt ons as sometimes it will show there, especially if it was a retention deal.

hi there, im in the same boat at the minute.
I just upgraded and was told unlimited texts and my account is only showing 500.
Im going to check back tommorrow and if no different im going to ring o2 and find out whats happening.
