I have an o2 contract with a phone we got from Dialaphone, Ive never seen a bill or figured out how to see the details for this phone/sim
On an old existing o2 account I changed the phone number to that of this new phone but still there is no info on the calls/texts/data used. This account is now linked to my main account where I manage other phones perfectly well.
What do I need to do to be able to full the full billing details on this new one?

Hi You are not alone, I am pay as you go opened an account which was there for a week the i can not get any details up on the my account page .All my details are there but all that i get is sorry there seems to be a technical problem at the moment .This is rubbish i am not wasting anymore time with o2 .

Have you contact customer services to get them look at it?
Are you looking online or via the App?
Have you cleared your cache and checked that it is not you Anti virus that is blocking it?
Lets see if we can help you get it sorted.

Hi Thanks for the advise, Just looking through old posts from August time ish i came accros a post with the same prob some one sugested clearing all the temp file. Hey presto this has worked .

All my other accounts are fine its just this one that wasnt actually registered when we got the phone, we just went in on the old account and updated the new number.Prob shouldnt have done that.
Shame I will have to phone CS as its my sons phone and awkward getting it off him to make the call.
