Recently upgraded and received my new phone today. For some reason the SIM card isn’t working at all. I’ve turned the device off and inserted the SIM card into the tray multiple times and still no luck

The new sim comes blank and not connected to anything @Ryan2324
Unless you need to switch to it (you live in or are regularly in a 5G area) then just use your old sim - the new tariff is on that anyway.
