Network not working

For over a week, my network hasn't been working. I have mobile data on my phone but I'm being told to 'sign into a network' whenever I try use it. I've done the postcode checker and I'm told my area is fine. Also, this problem started about the time I changed my tariff, which doesn't switchover til the 8th January. Could this be related? Please fix, its very frustrating for me.

You'll need to call O2.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

 

If you can't get through today, I'll ask one of our account advisors to look at this for you (as you mention change of tariff) @O2Lisa  will be on tomorrow morning from 10am.

Have you rebooted your phone?
