Try to sued a old GalaxiS^ for my boy which was on O2 previously. My child been an 8 year old has a 1P sim which permitted top stop Phone data to be use.
When insert the Sim card into the phone the unlatched nymber was enter wrongly to many time.
The phoen now required a Network Control Key which will permired teh phine to be use on other network.
Been in contact multiple with O2 and Samsung and no one has been able to help . Samsung explain that only O2 can block the phone and O2 alwasy send me teh ul;tached nimber instead of a network key code .
Any advice as is been 3 to 4 months without any success with O2 Cust. Ser.?
