Hi I was wondering could you help met phone bill says my phone plan is £25 pound and comes out next month and my tariff is £15.40 I need help which one do I pay for.

Both. Refresh requires a device payment and an airtime payment. You should have direct debits set up to pay them, it's the safest way.

Must add that you can't pay device plan on line. Any on line payments will only go towards airtime so make sure you call to pay device plan otherwise you will fall behind.
