I have placed a order today for the Samsung s9 plus. payment has been taken but I havent received a confirmation email just the credit agreement emails. I am worried as they have taken payment. does anyone please have some advice on this.

@cally You need to contact customer service: https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus O2's stock reporting isn't live. With the many orders at this time of year, there's every possibility your phone is out of stock. O2 has a nasty habit of doing this.

You need to open the links in the emails to digitally sign and accept the T&C's and credit agreements.

Your order won't proceed until you do that.

OK @cally, the next email you receive you will your dispatch email confirming your tracking number and delivery date.
