I cannot make any calls or receive any calls.  What's happening?  How can I find out if the service is down?

I am not happy that the system is down. I needed to make a conference call and now have to use my land Line which will cost me 23p to connect t and 15.5 p a minute. The calls usually last an hour so this will be expensive where as the 020 number is included in my minutes. What are you guys going to do about that??

We don't know @Sarah43 as we are also customer of o2.
Keep checking the status link above.
You would need to discuss compensation with o2 @Sophie8. Perhaps ask your work to use an alternative such as Microsoft Teams or Skype?

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
