I changed from payg to contract and I can't log on to my O2
It tells me I have 2 accounts.I've been to 2 O2 shops and no one seems to be able to fix it

Call 202 and speak to someone regarding your account.
They should be able to bring in the new account and sorting out your log in issues

That shouldn't be happening at all. Do as @viridis says and phone in on the number he gave.
