Myo2 website broken

Anonymous
Not applicable

The o2 website has a number of broken links. The function to select past bills is broken and is stuck in a loop and so will only show the detail for the current bill - very amateur!

Hi @Anonymous

Have you tried this...I have just checked and mine seems to be working n MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

View your latest bill in My O2
Scroll down to see 6 previous bills and click on one of those.
Scroll down to the bottom of that bill and click on View and print older bills
That will bring up the old style web page
Click on 'recent charges' in the left hand blue menu.
Click on 'what I've used'
Click on voice calls and you should see numbers called since your last bill.

Follow those steps and you can see everything you need. Hopefully we will get a direct link soon as we have asked for improvements.

It really is about time it was sorted. No-one should have to go round and round the houses to bring up a simple bill...:smileysad:

I've been with O2 since 2008 and their site has always had issues, I don't know of any other company that allow there prime online site to stay like this. Smiley Frustrated

Maybe they don't see this particular one as "an issue"?

I often wonder if anyone one person has control over it, I suspect it's run by a "commitee", where nobody has the overall say.
