Whats going on with the MyO2 redesign? I cant view all my bills, only the first number on the account. When I try and access the bills for the other two numbers it keeps defaulting to the same number. The MyO2 App is terrible for viewing bills.

There have been a few reports of minor problems with the My o2 app and My o2 on the website in the last month or two. Ever since they updated it to a new look and started moving customers to their new billing system.
Even I was getting motor problems a short while back.

It seems to be flakiest of platforms at the moment @CorGre and to be honest..
The billing platform migration for pay monthly was completed ages ago, this just seems to be a UI change, and one that hasnt gone very well (surprise surprise)..

And no community for months
Hi everyone 👋
Just a heads‑up that the community will have some downtime at the end of the month. We’re moving to a new platform as our agreement with the current provider is ending. This migration will take a little while as we move everything over. The community will switch to read‑only next week before going offline for a bit.
We’re also taking this opportunity to bring the Virgin Media and O2 communities together. Our aim is to merge as much as we can - posts, stats, member accounts, the lot.
Thanks so much for everything you’ve contributed so far. From me and the whole community team, we really appreciate it - and we’ll see you on the other side!

Hopefully the community forms will be back with no problems. Unlike when the upgraded the My o2 app and My o2 website.
